  7.      To Install SIO, change to the disk and directory containing the
  8.      (unziped) SIO distribution files and type INSTALL, followed by return.

  10.      This release of SIO (V1.53) contains corrections, additions and
  11.      tweaking to the basic code.  See HISTORY.TXT in the distribution zip
  12.      for details.
